What we collect
This policy explains how Alidade Labs handles personal data when you use Alidade. We collect the details you give us when you create an account: your name, work email, company and role. We also collect usage data, such as the pages you open, the features you use and the device you connect from.
When you connect a data warehouse, Alidade uses read-only access. Queries run in your warehouse, and we store only aggregates, such as daily metric values. We never copy raw rows.
How we use it
We use your information to run Alidade, send the alerts and digests you set up, answer support requests and keep the service secure. Usage data helps us see which features are useful and which are not. We do not sell your data.
Sharing
We share data only with the providers that help us run the service, called sub-processors. These are a hosting provider and an email delivery provider. Each one is bound by a data processing agreement. We also share data if the law requires it.
Retention
We keep your account details and aggregates while your workspace is active. Your workspace is deleted 30 days after you cancel. Your warehouse is never touched.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can object to some uses of it. Send a request to the address below and we will reply within 30 days.
