Using the service
These terms apply when you use Alidade, a product of Alidade Labs. By creating a workspace or using the service you agree to them. If you use Alidade for a company, you confirm that you can accept these terms on its behalf.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for everything done under it. Keep your sign-in details safe and tell us quickly if you think someone else has access. Give us accurate information and keep it up to date.
Plans and billing
Alidade has a free Starter plan and paid plans billed per seat, monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew until you cancel. Prices can change with 30 days of notice. Fees you have already paid are not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Alidade. That means no attempts to break or probe the service, no use that breaks the law and no sharing of access with people outside your workspace. We may pause an account that puts the service or other customers at risk.
Your data
Your data stays yours. You allow us to process it only to provide the service. Warehouse access is read-only and we store only aggregates. The details are in our privacy policy.
Termination and liability
You can cancel at any time from your workspace settings. We may end access if you break these terms. Your workspace is deleted 30 days after cancellation.
Alidade is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Alidade Labs is not liable for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months.
