The story

Kitebird helps 2,000 clinics fill their appointment books. Its product team of six used to spend Monday mornings in SQL, rebuilding the same churn report and arguing about what moved it.

With Alidade connected to their warehouse and billing data, the team gets a written note whenever a cohort starts to slip. In March, Alidade flagged that clinics on the new onboarding flow were cancelling at twice the usual rate, and traced it to a missing calendar sync step.

Kitebird now hears about churn risk nine days earlier on average. The Monday SQL ritual is gone, and the product review starts from Alidade’s weekly digest.

“We used to find churn problems in the quarterly review. Now Alidade tells us on Tuesday.”
