The story
Parcelo prints shipping labels for 9,000 online stores. Its founder wrote the weekly metrics email himself, which took most of every Friday.
Alidade now sends that email. It covers label volume, failed deliveries and new store activation, and explains the two or three numbers that moved most.
Daniel gets roughly twelve hours back each week, and the team acts on the digest instead of debating it.
